Eric Kayser is one of the leading bakers in France and is an international advisor regarding baked goods and baking methods. He is the owner of a chain of about 10 La maison Kayser bread stores and bakeries with branches in France, Japan, the USA and Guadeloupe.
Kayser is the second generation of a baking family from Alsace-Lorraine. He began specializing at an early age. His most famous bakery is in Paris, at the corner of Saint Germain des Pres and Monge Street. We at Arcaffè established our bakery based upon his model which, in the finest French tradition, combines a marvelous bread store and bakery – the "boulangerie" and the "patisserie".

Kayser has a broad technological knowledge of baking, and extensive experience in establishing artisinal baking establishments with bread and cake stores. He has guided and accompanied us from our establishment, always closely involved in developing our bakery and its products. Everything we bake is created based on the expertise agreements we have with him; using the unique formulas with distinctive raw materials, such as our own sourdough starters for baking bread. Kayser visits Israel from time to time for quality control examinations and supervision, so as to maintain the high quality of our products and their authentic French character.
