Arcaffè's gastronomic center is the development nucleus for company products, where the creative kitchens and logistics division are also centered. The chefs and master bakers of Arcaffè create salads, sandwiches, sauces and dressings as well as fine bakery items and cakes. They also constantly examine new and special raw materials that are gathered from around the world.
The logistics department is also responsible for the infrastructure for getting our products to the branches (and additional institutional customers), in 14 delivery cycles each week. The entire Arcaffè Company is an initiative aimed at taking advantage of being able to produce quality gourmet products over the long term. It was clear from the start that we ourselves must select the finest available raw materials and develop the means of producing unique, authentic gourmet products.
The 2,000 sq meter factory is located in the Poleg suburb of Netanya. The factory is kosher and employs 110 people, making a range of products. Some are produced entirely by machine, while others are carefully hand made. The factory becomes a culinary-lovers' paradise when it is operating at full blast, the air filled with the clamor of people, machines, steam and ovens. The combination of varying production methods for fresh foods, under one roof, has made Arcaffè's factory an exceptional player in the profession. This is the very basis of our concept, and it allows us to remain faithful to our promise of quality products and to maintain and manage future development as well as quality control.
